We believe in upholding North American labor standards in our satellite offices regardless of the local norms. All workers are treated fairly, paid well and work 40-45 hour weeks maximum.

We also believe in the value of a work life balance, and observe statutory and cultural holidays when we like our staff to spend time with their families and friends.
